We’re Featured on Wales’ Home of the Year

Believe it or not, the kitchen industry is at the forefront of style and design, drawing inspiration from icons like Nancy Meyers. Far from solely providing functional spaces, kitchens represent their owners’ tastes and lifestyles. They make statements – as was perfectly illustrated last month when a stunning Sigma 3 Kitchen took centre stage on Wales’ Home of the Year on iPlayer.
On the show, the judges, Glen Thomas, Mandy Watkins and Owain Wyn Evans visited Paul Donovan in Monmouthshire. Paul was a Sigma 3 Kitchens customer who got his luxury handleless kitchen designed in the Abergavenny branch of Sigma 3 Kitchens.

“I like to sit here in the morning, have my breakfast and look out the window,” Paul said on the show, explaining how the kitchen provided him with a breakfast sanctuary. He noted how the layout of the island allowed him a moment’s peace to watch wildlife in his garden, drink in hand.
“Somebody’s put a lot of care and attention into this fabulous space,” architect-judge Glen Thomas noted on the show. Then, motioning to our H-Line Sutton larders with Metalix Bronze handlerails, he added, “It’s really well planned, and I love it when you have a bank of tall units.”

Later, using the Moonlight Blue facades as a backdrop, his co-presenter Owain Wyn Evans offered his own praise: “The kitchen is just wow times 1,000! It’s so light and bright, and the kind of luminous energy that exists in that space is just wonderful.”
