1. Design Kitchens to Your Specs
Our Designers will provide you with CAD drawings for each house type. In return, you’ll receive 3D visualisations, as well quotations across several different ranges.
2. Offer Expert Help to Deploy Your Plans
Once you’ve agreed a quote and placed your order, we’ll have a site start-up meeting. All our field service managers are qualified to perform surveys, carry out risk assessments and take ownership of on-site health and safety. They’re also here to manage day-to-day on-site operations.
3. Arrange Individual Plot Surveys
Your field service manager will check each plot against the original designs to ensure easy installation and reduce the likelihood of snagging. We will also perform a second survey 14 days prior to installation.
4. Produce Your Cabinets in Our Factories
We’ll then begin the manufacturing process. All our furniture is manufactured using industry leading components and materials in our own factories.
5. Send Sigma 3 Drivers to Deliver Your Goods
We deliver all kitchens using a two-man team and our own fleet of delivery vehicles. These friendly staff members will hand-deliver your furniture directly to each plot.
6. Execute a Professional Installation
All our fitters are highly skilled tradesmen dedicated to our Contract Builder division. We aim for completed installation within just two days, depending on the complexity of the design.
7. Perform Quality Checks and Remedial Services
We double-check all sites to ensure the installation matches our standards. At this point, we’ll verify an Installation Completion Certificate and, if needed, our emergency response team will deliver replacement parts within three to five days, giving us an industry-leading success rate for first-time fitting.

Q: Why haven't we heard of you until now?
At Sigma 3, we haven't advertised to house builders outside Wales until now to ensure we maintained the best possible service standards. That said, we've been here for years and are now in a position to service house builders across the UK. Check out our 4.9-review-star-average on Trustpilot!
Q: Are your kitchens made in Britain?
Yes. All our designers, craftsmen and factories are home-grown in the UK where we produce all our kitchens. We've been manufacturing kitchens from our factories in Wales since 1975.
Q: Do you really offer fully tailored solutions for private developers?
Absolutely! We execute a personal approach with every developer, factoring in deadlines, budgets and unique challenges, whether you need two kitchens or 200.
