We purchased our new kitchen from Sigma 3 in Esher, and cannot fault the whole process from start to finish. During our initial visit to the showroom they gave advice but there was no hard sell. Then when we went back to them, we were introduced to Susan, one of their kitchen designers. From our first meeting with her, we knew we would get the kitchen we wanted. We had in mind a rough layout and what we wanted in the kitchen. Susan listened and interpreted everything into a design. She made several good suggestions along the way and had lots of ideas. Some we went with, some we didn’t, but she worked ‘with’ us rather than ‘for’ us to get a design we were happy with. The process after the design was finalised was thorough, we had site visits for measuring and meeting our builders. Finally we went through everything with a fine tooth comb before the button was pressed to order. Fitting of the kitchen was done by one of Sigma’s approved fitters. Glenn arrived on time every day and worked very hard and meticulously. A real craftsman and highly skilled in what he does. You could have the most expensive kitchen in the world, but if it’s fitted badly, it would still look bad. Our kitchen was handleless, so it was important the lines of the units were perfect. Glenn spoke to us over the days, to make sure things were developing and looking like we expected. We were very comfortable having him in our home. Our kitchen has been in full use for just over 6 months now and we are thrilled with it. It fits into the way we live perfectly and we wouldn’t change a thing. We’ve received lots of lovely comments (even from those who would be honest with us!) and it has become the heart of our home.
