"Outstanding customer service We have recently been working with Ollie Willcox (kitchen designer) and Lily Dixon (installation manager) from the Esher showroom whilst designing a completely new kitchen for our property. From the beginning of the design process, Ollie has been highly knowledgeable, approachable and incredibly flexible and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Communication has been excellent at all times and Ollie was always quick to respond to any queries or design tweaks we wished to make. We found out today that Lily has managed to move our delivery and installation dates forward by two weeks which we requested due to a baby being on the way but never expected to happen - another example of how fantastic the customer service has been throughout. We were recommended Sigma3 by a friend and they have been outstanding to deal with - we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. As our builder rightly said - they are the best kitchen company they have ever dealt with!"
