We highly recommend Sigma 3 kitchens as the whole process was very smooth, and although not the cheapest, it was competitive and the quality of goods and service more than justified the cost. While designing our kitchen we used a number of different kitchen companies for this free service. Sigma 3's process was different to he others as the designer is also the project manager. This meant the designer, Susan, was able to give practical advice on the design from the installer's perspective which is essential for a good design. Although initially the cost was over our budget, we were able to work closely with Susan to reduce the cost and bring it into budget. Susan provided us with alternative solutions and advice to help us deliver a kitchen to our needs in the best way in terms of cost, look of the design and installation including a customised non-standard cupboard. Sigma 3 were more flexible with non-standard pieces than the other companies we talked to initially. We had a dry fit but Sigma 3 communicated well with our tradesmen to ensure a well coordinated installation. Susan was on hand, along with the surveyor, Steve, on the end of the phone whenever we had any questions. Once complete, we were very happy with the finish and Susan even came back to take photos of the finished kitchen for their website. Overall we would use the company again and also recommend to others.
