We looked at 2 kitchen providers before meeting Susan at County Kitchen. We immediately felt welcome and all the staff went out of their way to make our frequent visits enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. Although we had fixed ideas on designs we actually tweaked features many times, often at Susan prompting, before we settled on a final installation. This gave us confidence that an experienced designer really had a personal stake in our kitchen - a powerful sales message! The installation went forward without a single hitch, the installer was pleasant and very experienced and Ralph, the Project Manager, could not have been more helpful, courteous and attentive. The quality of the kitchen is completely in line with the exemplary service we received.
