Great Experience from start to finish. This was one of those rare moments when I really did feel that the company I was dealing with had the customer at the forefront of their mind. The initial contact with the showroom in Esher about our planned new kitchen helped us clarify what was going to be feasible in a relatively tight space. The knowledgeable kitchen designer steered us in the right direction without trying to impose his own views on us. Computer modelling of the options were a great help in coming to a final decision. The installation of the kitchen went smoothly from start to finish - a big shout out to Chris who installed the kitchen. His carpentry and other skills were excellent and he regularly updated us on progress and made sure we were happy with how everything was being fitted. The kitchen delivery, worktop delivery and backsplash fitting all happened on the days scheduled with the minimum of fuss. This was not a cheap kitchen but you get what you pay for. A quality product and excellent customer service.
