We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and also with the Sigma approach to project management which was very efficient and client centred. We had a reasonable idea as to what we wanted but Beth Zeraschi’s design brought it to life and she was very patient and focussed on the detail as well as coming up with innovative suggestions and her client care skills were excellent. Julian and Nigel and their teams were also excellent in taking through to completion and the co-ordination between the various specialists was very efficient including with Derek and his team to whom the preparation work was sub-contracted. The process took 3 weeks from start to finish which is exactly what we were told at the design stage. I would strongly recommend the company for quality, project management and client focus.
