I felt a valued customer from the outset. Ceri, my designer, was friendly and informative. She was able to give me a number of options as far as the planning of my kitchen was concerned and was happy to change the plans when needed. I contacted her several times during the planning stage and every email was promptly answered. Mr John Mahoney checked all measurements before the kitchen was ordered and gave me a timetable so that I knew when to expect the kitchen installation, the granite worktops and glass splash back. Rob Davies led the team that installed the new kitchen. He was responsible for coordinating the tiler, the electrician, the plasterer and the window installer. I can’t praise the team highly enough. The job involved removing a wall, taking out a window and door and installing new windows and also renewing two ceilings as well as installing the new kitchen. The advice I was given during the course of the work was very professional and resulted in a kitchen of which I am extremely proud.
