Recommended by a friend, we went to the Esher showroom & met with Susan and could not be more delighted with our "dream kitchen" which is now a reality. Having met with several kitchen planners previously, we felt we were not being listened to as we had certain criteria/ obstacles to take into consideration with the kitchen being part of a big renovation/ building project. Susan listened and provided solutions and quickly became tuned into the type of look we were trying to achieve. Her expertise guided us through the design & planning with good advice regarding the practicalities of creating a functional kitchen. She took us through every step - even down to appliances and fininshing touches, always patient and willing to see us should we need to discuss further. Communication regarding the preparations prior to installation, the fitting and the after sales service have been excellent. We look at our kitchen now and are amazed that the kitchen we had been visualising on paper is here and taking centre stage in our newly renovated home.
