Trade Design Consultant

South Wales

Location: Llantrisant/Bridgend plus appropriate travel

Job purpose

An enthusiastic Trade Design Consultant for South Wales with determination, ambition and self-motivation to support the drive for growth. This role will help further develop and build Sigma 3’s reputation and influence in the Trade sector. The Trade Design Consultant will work directly with the small contractor/tradesmen market in which they will be responsible for developing relationships with builders in the South Wales area.

Responsibilities

  • A “Hands on” role, you’d be expected to build your own customer base of builders/tradespeople and nurture their customers to drive recommendations to Sigma 3 Trade.
  • Develop relationships with local builders & Tradespeople as well as servicing the end customer and gaining recommendations through excellent end to end service.
  • Understanding and working with the builder and customer on their requirements and tailoring our offering to help them achieve their goals.
  • Fully understand our products and expected service levels, allowing you to not only adapt to the Tradespersons requirements, but also those of the customer.
  • Building brand awareness and implementing the business plan to increase lead flow through increased reputation & social media.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of achieving new account generation, sales & profits targets.
  • An understanding of the Trade and Retail Sector.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • IT Literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • History of using social media to generate business.
  • Ability to design plans using CAD systems such as Compusoft Winner.
